Perhaps you could use the semi-sweet chocolate chips for the batter and then use white chocolate chips for the top.  Feel free to give it a try. P.S. I am novice baker...any tips on how to cut the brownies without the marshmallows sticking to the knife?  Mine were a little messy and not as beautiful as yours, but nonetheless they were scrumptious!</description>
