		<description>Dhmhtrou -- I would suggest baking them (even just half way), letting them cool and then freezing them.  If you froze them before baking I think the dough would take on a funny texture.  When you are ready to use them, just let them thaw and reheat (or finish baking) in the oven.  Good luck!</description>
